We are currently on the search for a hands on, energetic Assistant Manager for a stylish, modern Bar & Restaurant Group in South London.

As an Assistant Manager, you will report directly into the General Manager and support various managerial responsibilities such as rotas, stock control, cellar management, bookings, events and bar management. You will assist with the day-to-day operations and manage an incredible existing team of up 15-20 staff.
THE IDEAL PERSON…
MUST be competent behind the bar and a great knowledge of drinks!
MUST have knowledge of stock control processes and cellar management
Previous experience working as a Bar Manager/Assistant Manager/Team Leader within a similar hospitality venue
Confident managing large teams and being a great role model
Enthusiastic leadership style
A genuine passion for hospitality
