Mid level DATA SCIENTISTS - Sports betting & forecasting
London - possible hybrid working | £42k - £55k plus substantial bonuses
As a Data Scientist within the Modelling team, you will play an integral part by driving the implementation of our product offering and ensuring the business meets client demands with respect to accurate and low latency sports forecasts.
You will use your expertise in programming, statistical analysis and data visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders and collaborate with other teams to identify new opportunities for using data to improve business outcomes.
Extensive experience working with Python/R
Extensive familiarity with data munging and data processing tools (e.g. Numpy, Pandas, dplyr)
Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning, with relevant experience in the use of relevant Python libraries e.g. scikit-learn, xgboost, tensorflow, pymc3, statsmodels (and R equivalents)
Experience generating reports, dashboards and data visualisations to explain the results and behaviour of models and analyses
