A unique experience

90% of what we do is pretty much the same as other recruiters and search firms, the remaining 10% is unique to us. We’ll do all the usual stuff you’d expect from a recruiter – take a thorough job spec, market the requirement to candidates, compile a shortlist, blah blah blah. However, we believe our 10% makes a colossal difference, so here goes:

  • The person who talks to you about the role fills it
  • We like job descriptions, but we also like to know more. So often, “experience fit” isn’t “cultural fit”
  • We’ll market your business as creatively as you
  • We are “fee flexible” with lots of choice in structure and staging
  • We really are experts. We love our niche areas and know our stuff, not just the buzz words
  • When a fee is agreed, it’s fixed. If the salary increases through negotiation, our fee doesn’t
  • If we can’t meet, we’ll zoom (or FaceTime, Microsoft Teams talk, Skype - whatever you prefer)
  • We’ll communicate consistently with client and candidates and if there’s no news we’ll ask why and try to keep things moving forward
  • Honesty. We won’t inflate a candidate’s salary expectations: if we think an offer is too low, we’ll say so
  • We work as an extension of your business with professionalism and enthusiasm
