OLYMPIC HOPEFULS - ALEX YEE - Men's Triathlon

I know the Olympics this year is controversial, but I love the Games and you have to feel for all those taking part who have trained so hard to be there.
Thought I'd run a few postings over the next couple of weeks on some athletes I'm looking forward to watching. The first is someone that the general public may not know, Alex Yee, who will be representing GB in the Men's Triathlon.
Alex is just 23 years old and is a sub 14 minute 5k runner. In 2016 Alex was running faster than Mo Farah at their # comparative age! He's pretty good in the water and on the bike too. Recently, Alex won Gold at the 2021 World Triathlon Championship Series in Leeds.
It will be tough to get a medal, but I'm hoping Alex can carry on the fantastic work that the Brownlee's have produced in previous games. Jonny Brownlee is competing too, but sadly Alistair had too many injuries to overcome.
